		<description>I couldn?t agree more.  Demographic trends show that companies may be faced with large groups of both very young workers and very old workers.  Companies need to put in place mechanisms and programs to capture key competencies and work knowledge of employees who will be retiring to develop and groom more managers for future senior level roles.</description>
