Many job descriptions I receive for names searches contain them and they work against, rather than towards, efficiency. We all tend to forget lexicon we use daily may sound like Greek to an outsider. Some people are reluctant (shy) about asking what something means. If more of us said what we mean and mean what we say there'd be more communication in the world!
