Its great to see TMP step outside the box and innovate. TMP is without question a leader in the space.

And Im glad to see the initial SecondLife effort produce some quality but I question, at what cost and what is the long term potential. Does it have legs? And if so, is its potential more and legs longer than other emerging technologies in the space?

Im spectacle but support any org innovating in this space, so thanks and good luck to TMP.

Regarding Steve?s comment above, SL is NOT the new monster, hotjobs or careerbuilder. Not even a debatable topic.

The next iteration of online career searcing is here.

Second Life allows us a glimpse of what the internet may become.

For those of us, who are recruiters the opportunity to leverage our offline experience into a virtual one, and reach many more people that we ever could before.

I hope you become a member of Second Life.

Best,
