When I came here 5 years ago, my typical training group was 25 - 50% western (ex-pat).  Now it&#039;s between 0 - 20% ex-pat.  As companies localize their teams, westerners get pushed out.  After 1 - 2 years over here, plenty want to move back home.]]></description>
