		<description>We have found that many Baby boomers like the idea of working after retirement. But they don?t want to work as many hours and they may not even want to work in the same profession.  Scaling down to working 4or 3 or even 2 days per week is a logical reality for many of these workers and companies must be ready to offer flexible hours.</description>
