If I were to attend the special workshops prior to the conference, I'd be very interested in the Master Sourcing workshop.

Thinking discretely, if you can't find them, you can't recruit them no matter how great your planning, your ability to measure, or what boots you wear.

In the end, you really need representatives from your organization to attend ALL the workshops - then cobble up time to find ways to integrate ALL the knowledge gained into your staffing organization. To do anything else might be criminal!

Glenn -- I saw your message asking why Jeremy didn't mention the full-day master-sourcing workshop. Actually, Jeremy had that in there, but we edited it out because the session was full. Moving to larger and larger rooms isn't always the best option because as you get bigger with a workshop, you can lose the ability to do workshop-style, hands-on learning. Todd

Jeremy, you listed a lot of the special workshops preceding the conference in your article, but not the full-day master sourcing workshop co-presented by Shally, Dave and myself? Is this because it's already sold out and you just want to promote what's available? Why you don't just put our session in a bigger room and put one of the non-sold out sessions in our original room so you can take more registrants?
