		<description>It would seem that many millions of venture dollars have met their Waterloo in the web-based recruitment technology space. 

If life near the top of the food chain proves precarious, perhaps the story plays out differently lower down- among the plankton of the 500,000 plus smaller organizations that have recruitment tech needs, but not six figure annual budgets for the task.     

Who is going to be the Quickbooks of the recruitment technology world ? Can such a story happen in the age of ?on-demand??
