		<description>Great article. I believe that the mature and experienced professionals have alot to offer. Companies should be paying close attention to the retiring workforce and possibly try to keep them on and accomodate their needs. I am all for looking to hire and keep the best talent and not looking so much at the number of years of experience.</description>
