		<description>charles - very innovative article, you&#039;re way ahead of the curve on this one. leading edge recruiting functions will seek to understand who is in second life or other mmorpg&#039;s like world of warcraft; what they already do for a living or will do in the future; and how to use that immersive environment to advertise for, engage with and test for top talent. 

the answers to the first two questions will likely surprise. the answer to the last question is a function of someone&#039;s imagination.
