So Jobster.com whacks 60 people and we have to hold a fundraiser and grief counseling for the employees? (how many people were fired by Kenexa after taking over Brass Ring? What about VE/ ADP? Unicrew/Kronos?) The PR, good or bad, generated by the discussion of the ceo's blog not only prepared the severed employee's to start looking, but has put a spotlight on all whacked personel so that they will most likely contacted about many job offers.

By my math that's a 20% cancel rate in less than a year, assuming they lost 100% of customers signed from the year before. At that pace, Jobster has more serious problems than their layoff.

"As a recruiting company, we are doing out-of-the-box measures, [including hosting a] career fair, resume writing; counseling; and helping in every way possible."

All of those are pretty standard when a corp RIFs employees.
