		<description>Yes, these are tremendously overlooked but I have to voice some concern about &#039;over prepping&#039; a candidate for a second interview.  If we do this for one candidate but not all we run the risk of the appearance of discrimination.  Candidates should be prepared and know whom they will be meeting with, but not to the point that  one candidate has an unfair advantage over another.  It&#039;s very easy to allow our personal biases (we all have them) to creep in. 

We owe it to our organizations that we present the best candidates in an objective fashion.  The second interview should not be a manipulation of the candidates or the hiring managers.
