I don't work or recruit for Kinko's but I have a good friend that works there. He told me that a directive has come down (I believe from the CEO) that is very encouraging for employees, and helping them transition into different roles within the organization. My friend also told me that the internal HR and recruiters there are very helpful in that respect.

Again, I cannot speak for Kinko's, but I was very impressed by what I heard.
