As a third party recruiter there are certain fundamentals you must master, but in the end it&#039;s a sales job.  My wife, who is an award winning career inside sales person I think says it best.  When you deal with a client first you sell yourself, then your company, then your product.  I&#039;ve never forgotten this principal and it has served me well.</description>
