    I like the idea, but it will never happen! 

#1- only the lasrgest of the largest companies would have the resources to have this many positions. (which would be the first to be CUT in down turns)

#2- What are large companies known for? Bureaucracy!and lack of communication and coordination (turf building) between groups and organizations. Even if they were all in the same organization, communicating this many elements to a coordinated &#039;Team Plan&#039; would require a daily 2 hr. meeting to keep up with results and success/failure metrics. The central focus would cause too many people with to few incentives to agree on too many things. (Smile). Tim. 

P.S. - Good excercise in creative thinking and theory though....</description>
