Jonathan, while it's true some of the recruitment/sourcing information we read can seem to 'repeat the cycle', I feel that we HR folks could use a 'jolt' every now and then by re-reading this material. As a 13 year experienced healthcare recruiter, I find benefit from re-reading these articles. They rejuvenate me and remind me why I chose my profession in the first place. On the other hand, I look forward to hearing about new trends in recruitment. Let us know if you learn anything new in Singapore!
Personally, I'm looking forward to the Expo next month to build upon the tools/skills we already have, and to network.

...been covered before? Now I know there are new people all the time joining this group and it is worth going over old material but are we at risk of getting repetitive?

I personally have trouble keeping up with reading every daily ERE but drop in as often as I can (am in the lounge in Singapore at the moment with time to burn). Can someone push the envelope a little a say something really off the wall that gets the brain juices pumping?

Sorry maybe just a bit tired, long flight, etc etc but would love to read something that made me sit up and say: 'wow! now that's new!'
