Can I infer that as the majority of the article refers to a 'she' that it is only female candidates that give a recruiter problems at offer stage?

I was also thinking that when you said: 'when someone says 'no' to your offer, your goal is not to convince him to say 'yes.' Your goal is to get him to say 'maybe.' My goal is not to get them to say maybe but rather to find out why they said 'no'. Your article goes on to point out if you have done your job right in the first place no candidate should ever say no to an offer given all of the pre-emptive closing that has been done.

Just a thought!
