Hiring Manager Questionnaire

This questionnaire should be completed before and after the recruitment process of a new position, according to Staffing.org, which included it in its 2006 Recruiting Metrics and Performance Benchmark Report.

The report says that “Directly inquiring about the hiring manager’s preferences is an excellent way for a recruiter to initiate or develop a relationship with a hiring manager. It fosters professionalism and shared responsibility for filling positions. When the hiring manager receives the customer satisfaction instrument, he or she sees the standards they set together before recruiting was initiated — nothing is left to memory.”
