Great article. Wonderful content with much to think about.

Hate to sound jaded or sardonic but you are expecting corporate America to think and that is a dangerous and tricky proposition because it ain?t gonna happen.

Bring your ideas and they will embrace them; they will love them; they will applaud them. One year later, things will in most cases, remain exactly the same.

I of course would rather be wrong then right on this issue but sadly, I think that is how it will come down.

I hope the younger generation does a better job of leading corporate America because for the most part, the boomers, (Of which I am one) have been a grave disappointment.
