It&#039;s really astonishing how many companies are not using (cost effective) assessments to screen for integrity, reliability, work ethic, substance abuse and job fit.

My organization takes assessments to another level.  We give companies information to assure they put the right person in the right position the first time and provide Good Job Fit.  We offer the latest Job Matching advancements in on-line assessments.

A short book entitled &#039;Soar with your Strengths&#039;  speaks to the importance of hiring rabbits to run and jump and hiring fish to swim.

Have you read the Harvard Business Review article that states:  &#039;Success hinges on a person&#039;s fit within the job?&#039;</description>
