		<description>Kevin&#039;s article is impressive. Recruitment is going through rapid restructuring and reengineering process.
Cold calls, head hunting etc.. may become outdated by 2010. Firms with out-of-square thought are going to win the race.
Candidate relationship management, Tests, wireless technology helping people to work from any where.. all looks quite possible even before 2010.May be some more thoughts/techniques might be inshape to take over modern recruitment.</description>
