There are very few trainers that I do respect in this industry as so few are actually practicing what they preach.  

It truly is refreshing to find a trainer/author who is submerged in the trenches like we are.. getting bloody..  It makes a difference in the substance and materials they provide.  They actually DO know what they are talking about especially in today&#039;s recruiting society.  And as we all know the times do change and evolve.

Thanks so much for Sharing.. I look forward to reading more of your articles
