		<description>Your comments may well be valid for highly active candidates who are motivated to find a new role. However I would argue, and I do have some evidance to support this, that more passive candiadtes, the ones which are harder to attrcat and retain in the process, behave differently and do have objections to long questionaires. Especially early in the process before some &#039;high touch&#039; contact has sold them on the opportunity.
