		<description>If you know of anyone that is a saratoga Institute member, borrow their book (even an old one). They have the best formulas for literally dozens of metrics

I hope that helps

		<description>Dear Dr. Sullivan;

I have been reading about the need to implement strategic HR metrics, such as recruiting ROI, everywhere. The frustrating part is that these metrics are always referred to in the future sense, as in 'senior HR leaders will eventually...' and 'Individual recruiters will be required to...' Can you or your readers offer suggestions for resources where practitioners may access a menu of metric formulas so we can begin implementing these measures today?
With best regards, Jane
