Thank you for highlighting these very important communication essentials for all recruiters.

At my last position, as a Manager of a Corporate Staffing Dept., I challenged all my recruiters to do all the steps you suggested, even though we had no ATS to manage the candidates (we received ~3,000 resumes a month and had a dept of 3). I felt these steps were a part of branding the Corporation I was working for and, some day, in the very near future, good candidates would not forget the respect we showed them, and they would consider joining our team even when they had multiple offers to consider.

Good manners and courtesy should never go out of style.

You can read the original article at:
http://www.erexchange.com/a/d.asp?cid=AF92C14B26B744ED8669822091A3C093

Post your own Article Review
http://www.erexchange.com/p/g.asp?d=M&cid=AF92C14B26B744ED8669822091A3C093
