William

As always, insightful comments. I too have long wondered why there is such resistance to new tools and approaches in the diversity recruiting area. When will CEO's (and employment managers) demand hiring and retention results... rather than accepting we tried, we spent some money and 'we went to events' as an acceptable substitute for results. Firms like Pepsi and UPS are miles ahead of the average in this arena.

We keep your articles in our 'discuss@staff meeting folder'. We hope others do the same.

Parts 1,2 & 3 provided us new views, and tested some existing opinions. We reference your articles in discussions with clients, who are content with mediocrity or are hell bent on self destruction, as must 'reads'. Short of reading the articles to them we are a lost of what else we can do.
