		<description>Wow great article. Very uplifting.  I am one of the fortunate ones who is still working as a contract recruiter in Northern CA.  Many of my close friends have gotten out of recruiting, but I guess I just like hitting my head against the wall!! :) Have been in the staffing business for over twenty years and plan on staying the course.  It&#039;s tough out there and no one knows when it will turn around, so to all I say, take heed to the ideas in this article and full steam ahead.
