Thanks for your kind words.
I have been doing lots of research into what ATS companies offer screening.  I am still learning new things about who is doing what every day.

I think the best answer is that everyone has their own &quot;secret sauce&quot; or way of incorporating screening into the system.

I think it the best decision on who to evaluate depends upon the goals of your system and the situational parameters within the organization where the system is to be used.
